This programme is to show an increase in improvement over time (8 weeks-16 weeks).
Players will be taught a different theme every week. They will be then be given theme related exercises to work on for the rest of the week, so they can keep improving. This is a chance for the RHFA coaches to build a better relationship with the players, so they can then be more specific on parts of their game they need to work on.
